Peter Schwann

Peter entered the Edmonton brokerage industry in 2003 after completing his Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Alberta, majoring in finance.

Since that time Peter has become one of the most active agents in the City, gaining considerable experience in the implementation of marketing programs for disposition of real estate assets, as well as successfully leasing key vacancies on behalf of pension funds, REITS, and private sector clients. He has also successfully represented numerous local, national, and multinational organizations, providing both strategic consulting and transactional expertise in office lease transactions, both renewals and acquisition of new premises.

In addition to consulting engineering and professional service companies, Peter has gained unmatched experience representing tenants in the medical field and has been actively involved in the leasing of new medical developments. He also has considerable experience successfully selling vacant office buildings to owner user purchasers.

Born and raised in Edmonton, Peter is an ongoing supporter of many community initiatives and is a committee member for the Alumni Mentorship Program for the University of Alberta, Business Alumni Association (BAA). He is an avid skier and runner, having completed the 2011 New York City Marathon.
