Michael Keenan joined Avison Young in 2009 and was appointed Senior Vice President and Managing Director in 2011. He has 28 years of experience in the real estate industry and, over the course of his career, has negotiated approximately $3 billion in lease and sales transactions. Prior to joining Avison Young, Michael served as Senior Vice President and Sales Manager of the Vancouver office of CB Richard Ellis for five years. In the recent past, Michael has focused on income properties, development sites and value-add opportunities within the urban Vancouver precinct.
