Margaret Donkerbrook joined Avison Young as Vice President of U.S. Research in November 2009. In this role she will focus on client services and new business development while expanding the company’s research capabilities for Avison Young’s growing U.S. footprint.
Most recently, Margaret was a Managing Director at Grubb & Ellis Company, where she was responsible for transaction services operations, business and client relations, and marketing and research functions for the Washington, DC metro market. Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis, Margaret served as Director of Research and Marketing for the Washington/Baltimore region at CB Richard Ellis for three years, directing a staff of 16 professionals while focusing on new business initiatives, communications and client service. Before that, Margaret spent 17 years at Jones Lang Wootton and Jones Lang LaSalle as Vice President and Regional Research Director.
