We currently have an opening for a Receptionist. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and be responsible for:

Responsibilities • Answering switchboard and scheduling couriers • Greeting clients, serving beverages for client meetings and ordering lunches • Creating and modifying documents and letters as needed • Preparing large mail distributions • Maintaining databases • Assisting Sales Representatives with various projects • Monitoring & ordering all office supplies • Mail pickup and delivery • Maintaining the cleanliness of the boardrooms, the kitchens, and kitchen equipment (ie refrigerators, coffee pots) • Assist with in-house brochure creation and editing • Preparing advertising submissions and liaising with newspapers • Schedule appointments and make travel arrangements • General office duties as required

Qualifications • Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment • Advanced knowledge & proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (PowerPoint, Publisher and Indesign an asset) • Excellent organizational skills • General computer/technical knowledge • Ability to work independently and within a team • High energy, self starter with excellent communication skills, both oral and written • Multi-tasker who is detailed oriented • Some bookkeeping/accounting knowledge would be an asset • General real estate knowledge an asset

This is a very busy position at most times.  The successful candidate will be required to prioritize and be able to perform under tight deadlines.
