The Project Manager is responsible for managing the site plan approval process including hiring of all necessary consultants. Project Manager will also be responsible to manage the design and construction phase of project as an owners representation. Extensive knowledge of estimating, scheduling, budgeting and value engineering. Coordinate RFI process and negotiate with all vendors. Monitor project for scheduling conflicts & handle all change orders.
Push schedule on job site ensuring, workers and materials are in place per schedule. Communicate internally and externally on all project matters to ownership.
Desired Skills and Experience
College degree in related field of Construction Management or Civil Engineering with a minimum of 3 yrs experience in commercial development. Ground up experience a plus and must be familiar with CM software, including, Microsoft Project, and excel. Excellent communication and leadership skills necessary
