Client Services Coordinator

Our Opportunity - We are currently seeking a Client Services Coordinator (CSC) to support a team of brokers in our Denver office.  This role provides administrative and marketing support under the direct supervision of a combined team.  The CSC will often handle details of a confidential nature and is responsible for prioritizing projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Gathers information for property tours and compiles tour packages for clients.
  • Prepare customized marketing campaigns that align with our company marketing guidelines, prepare and execute marketing plans, and provide routine market data and analysis.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of corporate and client events. May schedule appointments, maintain calendars and arrange travel itineraries and on/off-site meetings.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, marketing materials, RFPs, proposals, marketing emails, contracts and other documents.
  • Compile documentation to complete transaction forms and process Brokers’ commission payments while abiding by company accounting policies.
  • Manage team listings in a variety of publications and on-line databases.
  • Updates and maintains database research and management.
  • Tracks and maintains inventory of marketing materials.
  • Assist with other administrative needs and special projects as needed.

Professional Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Constant Contact, SalesForce and other assorted software programs.  Flexible, team player, positive attitude, advanced computer aptitude, takes initiative, always willing to learn, takes direction well, excellent telephone, grammar and spelling skills, good proofreading abilities.

Professional dress and demeanor required. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, sales environment and work with a variety of personalities.

2-year associate or professional degree required.  4-year bachelor’s degree preferred. Real estate license and/or 2 to 3 years of real estate experience a plus.
