Gord Oughton

Gord Oughton joined Avison Young’s Office Leasing Group in July 2008 after completing a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies from the University of Western Ontario.  During his post secondary education, Gord owned and operated his own contracting business where he gained an extensive knowledge and appreciation for the challenges that face many of his clients today.

Representing landlords and tenants alike, Gord specializes in leasing office space in Toronto's Financial Core, Midtown and Brick & Beam markets.  Gord’s core strengths include detailed financial analysis, offer preparation and negotiation, in-depth lease review and analysis, asset repositioning, and developing new business.
