An office leasing consultant since 1991; Glenn founded Canada West Realty in 1996 and joined Avison Young as a partner in 2004, with a focus on downtown and suburban office leasing and build to suit development opportunities. Glenn has negotiated over 3.5 million square feet of leases, valued at well over $1 billion in lease value, since 1993. Glenn negotiated a significant pre-leasing development deal in downtown Calgary for 80,000 square feet in the new Ernst & Young Tower. In 1997 completed site selection on behalf of Shaw Cablesystems new 165,000 square foot facility in Northeast Calgary. Completed a transaction of behalf of Divestco for nearly 200,000 square feet in Centennial Place and in 2009 completed a 189,000 square foot transaction in Centennial Place for the ERCB.

Glenn is currently the exclusive listing agent for Palliser South, a 290,000 square feet class “AAA” office building under development adjacent to the Calgary
