Chris Lexis is a Principal and Shareholder at Avison Young. As a native of Las Vegas, he uses his extensive market knowledge and industry relationships to make sure clients achieve their objectives in this unique market. His integrity, work ethic and motto of “always be available”, has earned him an unwavering and loyal client base. Chris specializes in investment properties, land, and commercial and industrial development sales and leasing.

Chris started his career in 2004 at Lee & Associates where he soon became the youngest broker in the office to hold the title of Vice President and Principal. In March of 2013, Chris joined Avison Young as a Vice President of Capital Markets and quickly became Principal and Shareholder.

Chris represents property owners, investors, buyers and tenants and currently markets a number of projects in the valley. Lexis has expertise and experience when it comes to land use, planning and zoning within all of the Vegas valley’s municipalities.

In his free time (if you call it that) he’s busy keeping up with his wife, chasing down his 3-year-old daughter and taking care of his brand new baby boy. Chris has also gained first hand knowledge of owning, managing and growing a personal and family commercial real estate portfolio across 3 states.
