Frédéric Seigneur

Since joining Avison Young in 2009, Frédéric Seigneur has developed a core expertise in Montreal's data centre market. Frédéric has developed an in-depth and unique knowledge of data center space availability and is uniquely positioned to match the right user for the right space and help negotiate the proper terms and conditions of the transaction.

Frédéric also focuses on servicing clients with their leasing requirements as well as their investment and disposition projects. With the objective to always defend the clients’ interest in a thoughtful approach, Frédéric Seigneur successfully sold properties for corporations such as Canvar, Hertz and Standard Life, and concluded tenant representation transactions for various companies ranging from small professional firms to large international corporations.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Frédéric Seigneur was a financial analyst in Jones Lang LaSalle Capital Market group where he worked on the disposition of assets such as the disposition of an undivided share of a 500,000 square-foot Montreal downtown office building or a 130,000 square-foot vacant building sold for a residential redevelopment in downtown Montreal.

Previously, Frédéric worked for a venture capital firm owned by the Caisse d’Épargne in Marseilles, France where he analyzed and managed, on a portfolio basis, different investment projects around the world.
