Rob Iwaschuk, started his career with Avison Young in 1994 after completing his Bachelor of Commerce Degree at the University of Alberta and an internship at Cadillac Fairview. A Principal with Avison Young, since 2002, he specializes in all aspects of the Industrial Market. Rationalization of facilities, land assemblies, lease renewals, sales, leasing, strategic planning, consulting and significant investment sales are just part of the services Rob has provided to his clients.
Robs pragmatic no nonsense business approach to real estate combined with proactive forward thinking, has earned him a reputation as one of the most knowledgeable, reliable, devoted and trustworthy professionals who works hard to ensure the client is always top of mind.

Rob has extensive experience in the industrial market and has brokered over 600 transactions representing over 7,000,000 square feet of real estate. Rob has also been actively involved in assembling over 1,250 acres of strategically located land for future industrial developments in the city and surrounding communities. Rob is a leader in his market and is consistently a “Top 5” producer across the country, within the Avison Young network of offices.
Some of his more notable transactions include: Wesclean Renewal (59,208 sf), WAM Capital Investments (90 acres/$47 million) MTE (300,000 sf), UAP/Napa (90,000 sf) Alberta Traffic Supply (14 acres), Gregg Properties (Building sales 250,000+ sf, Land sales 20+ acres, lease listings, multiple transactions)
Rob is proud to serve as an appointed member on the Executive Committee of Avison Young Alberta actively assisting in the strategic planning and stewardship of the Partnership. Rob also sits on the Board of Directors for AEG (Alberta Enterprise Group) and continues to assist in fundraising for Norquest College and the Capital Care Foundation.
