Doug Mereska

Doug Mereska launched his real estate career in 2002 with a local real estate company. In 2009, he received his Broker Designation and opened the Lethbridge office of Avison Young along with 3 other partners. Doug specializes in Investment Properties and has developed strong relationships with local and national investment companies. Notable transactions include his representation of local buyers in a transaction with Western Financial exceeding 50,000 sf of office space.  He also acted as a representative for First West Properties in the acquisition of industrial and retail assets in Lethbridge.  Doug is a long time resident of Lethbridge and a graduate of the University of Lethbridge.
