David Horowitz

David joins Avison Young to co-lead the Data Center Group.  Prior to joining Avison Young, David was the co-leader of the Data Center Group for a national real estate company, Grubb & Ellis.  With over 8 years in the data center real estate industry, David has negotiated over 100 megawatts of data center real estate transactions in the United States.  David’s main focus is helping companies determine their ideal data center strategies for their real estate holdings.
