Colleen brings with her over 20 years of experience in the construction and architecture fields. As a Contract Administrator, Colleen has been involved in projects from the bidding process forward and masterfully handled every aspect from contracts and change orders, insurance certificates, capital improvement certificates, submittals, RFIs, and close-out packages.

Before joining Avison Young, Colleen worked as a Contract Administrator at Studio Eagle, acquired by Avison Young in 2022.

When not in the studio, Colleen serves as the VP of a 501c3 non-profit (Friends of Somerset Regional Animal Shelter), spending many hours at the shelter working with the cats, doing fundraising, community outreach, and promoting awareness on social media. She's remarked, "Some might call me a 'Crazy Cat Lady' and they might be right!" Colleen also loves reading and traveling.
