Prior to joining Avison Young's Montreal office as a Principal in 2004, Mr. Cowper was a Senior Vice-President of Colliers International in their Montreal office from 1998 to 2004. While at Colliers, Mr. Cowper was a consistent top producer in Canada.
Prior to joining Colliers International in 1998, Mr Cowper was Vice-President of Devencore Realties Ltd. and consistently one of the top producers of the firm for many years.
Has leased more than 5 million square feet on behalf of downtown office tenants including several head office leases.
