Brian Veneri is Associate Director for the Land Development Services group operating in Avison Young’s New Jersey Office.  Veneri is responsible for managing Land Development Project Management operations and staff.  Brian leads and provides Clients with unique end-to-end delivery solutions for all development projects in varying market sectors.  Brian acts as a cross functional liaison between Land Development, Land Development Entitlements, and Land Development Construction Management verticals.     

Prior to rejoining Avison Young, Veneri was Director of Construction Management for Wonder, a food tech startup, where he was responsible for real estate expansion and growth strategy as well as overseeing all construction activities for Wonder’s development portfolio.  Prior to Wonder, Veneri was Director of Project Management for Avison Young, focusing on all ground-up and major development projects in various market sectors.  

With his seasoned and unique background in Architecture, Development, and Construction Management, Brian has an aptitude for growing and scaling clients and their portfolios across the Northeast as well as the United States.
