Brian Marshall

Brian joined Avison Young as Lease Manager in June 2010.  He focuses on managing the leases and interprets all lease language and enters the terms into the property management software.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Brian was an Accountant at NexCen Franchise Management, a publicly traded company, which he joined in 2008.  He was responsible in preparing financial reports and assisting with the audits. He joined NexCen after spending 5 years at Stonemark Property Management where he was a Senior Property Accountant. He was responsible in preparing multiple financial reports for the client, assist with the yearly audits, performing lease audits, and supporting the property manager.
