Bill currently heads up Avison Young Vancouver's top brokerage team focused exclusively on office real estate. Working with Glenn Gardner, Jason Mah, Leeanna Petrik and Peter Jenkins, Bill oversees various significant transactions including sales, landlord representation, portfolio management, real estate strategy and consulting projects.
In 1985, Bill began his profession in the real estate industry. Throughout his career in real estate, he has successfully held senior sales and management positions and has gained national recognition as a top producer in Canada. In 1996, Bill was named one of the Principals of the Avison Young Vancouver office. He was then appointed to the Board of Directors in 2008.
With more than 25 years of landlord and tenant representation leasing experience and expertise with the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate, Bill has been able to develop and provide a unique and strategic multi-disciplinary approach to real estate consulting, transaction and advisory services.
The multi-disciplinary approach developed by Bill offers a combination of investment and leasing market knowledge including the development of strategies for the acquisition and disposition of leased and owned properties, and a comprehensive understanding of real estate finance and analysis.
