Ben Sykes

Ben is an industrial real estate specialist in the GTA with over 8 years of experience. Ben works with both tenants and owners in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of industrial facilities with a specific focus in the GTA West submarket (Mississauga, Brampton, Milton, Oakville, Caledon, Vaughan and Etobicoke).

His clients list includes private local companies as well public multinational corporations. He exclusively represents a number of corporate tenants on a national basis across Canada.

Ben's service methodology is: listen to the client, understand objectives, ask intelligent questions and work to create solutions which deliver measurable results to their real estate challenges. Leveraging both his skills and experience Ben works with his client’s to help them make intelligent real estate decisions.

Within the landlord and development community he has a reputation as a professional who is accountable, creative and diligent. In the past 3 years Ben has successfully leased or sold over 1 million square feet. Since 2009 Ben has completed 106 sale and lease industrial transactions totaling $229 million in deal consideration and with an aggregate lease term of 496 years.

Ben is a member of SCL (Supply Chain & Logistics Canada) and is pursuing an SIOR designation which will be completed in 2012.  SIOR is an international professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry and are deemed the most capable and experienced brokerage practitioner’s in the market.
