Murray has had extensive involvement in all facets of the Commercial Real Estate Industry as it relates to the Winnipeg market. Murray has served with a number of national real estate organizations. These include Royal LePage Commercial, Enterprise Property Group, O&Y Enterprise Real Estate Services. Most recently Murray was employed with NewWest Enterprise Property Group Inc.
Since entering the commercial real estate industry 21 years ago, Murray has successfully undertaken and completed a diversified range of senior engagements for institutional and non institutional clients involving Investment Sales, Acquisitions, Office, Retail and Industrial Leasing as well as Development Projects. Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, Murray was employed as a senior Manager in Corporate Banking. During this period he was involved in a broad range of commercial real estate lending engagements for both interim construction and long term debt requirements.
While practicing in the commercial banking industry, Murray obtained his Professional designation as a Certified General Accountant (CGA).
