Justin joined Avison Young in April 2010 after entering the industry with a small Vancouver commercial real estate brokerage. Since graduating from UBC’s Sauder School of Business in 2009, he has developed a wide range of experience representing both landlords and tenants in the Downtown and suburban Vancouver markets.

Justin represents notable owners of office assets, ranging from class A to small heritage buildings, as well as prominent local, national and international corporate tenants. This diverse experience gives his tenant clients an extreme advantage during the strategizing and negotiation processes. While representing tenants in the hi-tech, professional, non-profit and green business sectors, Justin uses a client-centric approach to offer the best possible service and results.
