Greg Lane attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) for Business Management. Upon completion, he immediately began his career with Avison Young.
Professional Experience
Greg has provided real estate advisory, strategic planning and project marketing services to many institutional, public and private real estate owners since the start of his career. He has developed various financial models to help in the analysis of real estate portfolios and development lands which have brought significant benefits to his clients. This past experience has provided Greg with a unique edge in the understanding of how owners evaluate their real estate portfolios.
Today, Greg’s long term approach enables him to provide strategic real estate solutions and transactional services for larger corporate clients with multiple locations across Canada and the United States. His primary focus is industrial sales/acquisitions, design builds and tenant representation.
