Samuel joined Avison Young with international experience in office leasing, property management, investment management, and financial valuation.

Samuel has worked on numerous leases and the sales and acquisitions of many large parcels of development land and income producing properties.

Samuel is currently focused on client mandates — searching for properties that meet his client’s acquisition criteria. Please see the below Mandate section for more details.

Mandates
Samuel has been mandated by multiple buyers to acquire properties matching certain acquisitions criteria. Should you have property matching the below criteria please contact him. He assures discretion and a quick response from the buyer.

1 . Timberland:
European institutional investment resource fund looking to acquire Timberland properties ready to harvest. Acquisition size $15M - $30M per property. Appetite for approximately $100M in 2009, and $100M in 2010.

2. Development Land:
Developer looking for sites in Metro Vancouver. Up to $10M. Preferably with some holding income, but will review bare land.

3. Income Properties:
Real estate syndication group which will review any triple net leased income producing properties across North America. Minimum of a 5% cap. No upper limit. Will reply with level of interest within 5 business days.
