Bill specializes in professional advisory services and representation of corporate and public sector clients. He is an expert at forming and managing the real estate process and provides organizational leadership for both British Columbia - based and national clients.

Bill currently heads up Avison Young Vancouver's top brokerage team focused exclusively on office real estate. Working with Glenn Gardner, Bill oversees various significant transactions including sales, landlord representation, portfolio management, real estate strategy and consulting projects.

Over the past twenty five years, Bill has successfully held senior sales and management positions as well as gaining national recognition as a top producer in Canada. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Bill worked for Xerox Canada where he held major account and management positions.
