Bill specializes in professional advisory services and representation of corporate clients, public sector and service industry clients. He is an expert at forming and managing the real estate process and provides organizational leadership for both British Columbia based as well as national clients.

Formerly as Vice President and Managing Director of Colliers International's Vancouver Office, and now as a Partner at Avison Young, Bill has successfully held seniour sales and management positions in both firms as well as gaining national recognition as a top producer in Canada.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Bill worked for Xerox Canada and held major account and management positions.
