Fergus has been actively involved in the commercial real estate brokerage business for over 25 years. Fergus began his real estate career in 1981 as an office leasing broker with Knowlton Realty and then moved on to Torode Realty when the company acquired Knowlton Realty in 1995. Torode Realty subsequently became Barclay Street Real Estate in 2003. Fergus has acted both as a listing agent, coordinating the lease-up of office buildings; and as a tenant representative, assisting corporate and professional tenants in relocating or renewing their leases. He has also represented clients wishing to sell or acquire major commercial properties. He was General Manager at Barclay Street Real Estate in Vancouver for 9 years.
