Lenia graduated with honours from the British Columbia Institute of Technology receiving a diploma in marketing management specializing in commercial real estate. She continues her education through the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia.

Professional Experience  

Lenia Calico works with Matt Walker and Mona Khandan as part of a team that was created to provide a full service approach to real estate transaction and advisory services. The team represents Canada’s leading public, private, and institutional real estate investors and tenants, in assisting them with leasing assignments, project marketing, financial analysis and competitive tenant representation processes. Lenia’s role within the team is focused primarily on developing and implementing lease-up strategies for the team’s portfolio of head lease and sublease listing inventory.

Recent assignments include the sale of a $68 million office building and adjacent lands to Discovery Parks Trust, public procurement evaluation and negotiation of a 70,000 s.f. office and 30,000 s.f. warehouse facility for the BC Lottery Corporation, and the recent sale of a single tenant life science property on behalf of Canadian Urban Equities to a private investor.
