Prior to joining the Investment Sales Division at Avison Young, Bal was an Investment Analyst for three years with Sun Life Financial as part of their Commercial Mortgage Financing Division in Vancouver. Bal has a strong background in commercial real estate financing, and wide-ranging experience in all types of commercial real estate.
