Professional Experience
Bal is part of Avison Young’s Investment Team, also comprising principals Michael Gill and Robert Levine. Prior to joining the Investment Division at Avison Young, Bal was an Investment Analyst with Sun Life Financial’s Commercial Mortgages Division. Bal has a strong background in real estate valuation, which enables him to successfully engage and negotiate sale transactions on a broad range of commercial property types.
