Michael began his real estate career with Avison Young in the spring 2002. Michael has been part of numerous teams representing several public and private B.C. and Canadian based industrial users, in the rationalization, acquisition and disposition of their real estate assets. Michael has also helped facilitate numerous Built-to-Suit and Tenant Representation transactions utilizing his extensive experience in real estate financial analysis, including valuation, lease analysis and financial modeling.
