These strengths allow him to facilitate advantageous solutions on behalf of his clients, while maintaining a focus on his clients' time lines, budgets, and business objectives.
Tim’s degree in Urban Land Economics and Finance provides him with an extensive understanding of real property, including contracts, financing and evaluation. His technical business acumen allows him to work closely with senior business people to resolve critical client business issues.
