Dale has over 27 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry in Regina. He is responsible for the overall management and direction of the company. His hands-on approach has enabled him to attract a team of professionals who work together to offer unsurpassed service to their clients.
Dale has a vast experience in all types of commercial real estate, including investment sales, leasing and development, however his personal expertise lies in the areas of investment sales and government lease negotiations including tenders, RFP's and tenant representation assignments. Dale has personally been involved in the sale of over 50 institutionally owned properties in Regina during the past 15 years and most recently involved in the leasing of 750,000 sq. ft. of space in Regina, primarily to various government agencies and departments.
Dale has sold, leased or supervised the sale or leasing of millions of square feet of space in Regina. Transactions brokered by Dale Griesser and the corporation have been in the hundreds of millions of dollars. Additionally, Dale has appeared as an expert witness in commercial real estate matters relating to Regina and surrounding area on numerous occasions.
His hands-on approach toward transactions and his follow through after the completion of the transaction have lead to strong relationships with virtually complete retention of clients, be they sellers, landlords, buyers or tenants. Dale enjoys the reputation as one of the most respected and successful real estate professionals in Western Canada.
