Since joining Avison Young Commercial Real Estate Ryan has been an instrumental member of the Industrial team. His principle goal is to provide clients with optimal solutions for their diverse real estate requirements. Noted for his overall market knowledge in the Waterloo Region Industrial market. Ryan offers financial analysis, market research and negotiation skills to an emerging market to create true value for his clients. In the past 12 months Ryan has participated in the leasing of approximately 500,000 square feet of industrial space, and has been involved in the sale of several investment properties.
Prior to joining Avison Young Commercial Real Estate, Ryan played professional football in the CFL (Canada Football League) and is a member of the University of Waterloo Hall Fame. Ryan also has over 7 years of business experience through multiple business ventures, which bring an added value to his clients.
