Professional Experience 
Mr. Schramm began his career Royal LePage Commercial in 1974 and is recognized as one of the most capable and productive agents in Toronto’s commercial brokerage industry. In every year since 1975, Mr. Schramm was consistently a member of Royal LePage’s Top Ten List for commercial performance in North America. Mr. Schramm was awarded Royal LePage Commercial’s highest award — the Award of Excellence — in April 2000 as well as being inducted into the Royal LePage Hall of Fame. From June 2003 until joining Avison Young, Mr. Schramm worked with Jones Lang LaSalle as Senior Vice President of the Corporate Solutions Group in Toronto and Mississauga.
Some of Mr. Schramm’s recent major clients include Manulife, Bank of Montréal, Telefilm Canada, Career Education Corporation, MasterCard Canada, Willis Canada, Sunguard Recovery Systems, Whirlpool, Tembec Inc., Ontario Realty Corporation, Public Works and Government Services Canada, NCR Canada and Citibank.

Major Transactions
Mr. Schramm has recently worked on a team that represented the Bank of Montreal for the relocation / renewal of approximately 450,000 square feet of office space in several locations within the GTA.
