Professional Experience 
Prior to joining Avison Young, Charles Ferkranus was the founder and President of three companies in the electronics and entertainment industry.
Each company's real estate requirement was unique which afforded Charles the opportunity to touch on many aspects of commercial real estate including; retail space in the GTA, office and warehouse space in Toronto and office and manufacturing space in Toronto and Los Angeles. In addition to being involved in many significant lease transactions, he spearheaded the design, financing and construction of two multi-million dollar, state-of-the-art, tele-production studios.
His real estate experience, coupled with his business knowledge, is invaluable in assisting clients to qualify needs, define opportunities and execute solutions.
