Professional Experience
Stacy has an M.B.A. from Baruch’s Zicklin School of Business and ten years of commercial real estate experience in New York City. For five years, she held the position of Assistant Deputy Directory of Leasing and Acquisitions for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (owner of NYC’s subways, commuter railways, Grand Central Terminal and Penn Station. Since joining Avison Young in 2006, Stacy’s transactions have widened again to include office, retail and industrial leasing in Halifax and the suburban business parks. Stacy’s recent clients include Barrington Wealth Management, Penn Corp Life Insurance Company, Fleur De Lys French Language School, Wind Prospect, Halifax Loft Project Limited and The Italian Market.
