Cory D. Wosnack, a Partner with Avison Young and in his 16th year with the firm, is an industry leader focusing on Edmonton's office market. Cory has earned his reputation as one of Alberta’s most active agents in the market by brokering over 1,000 transactions during his career. Cory has been the recipient of Avison Young’s Circle of Excellence Award for the past three consecutive years - a distinction awarded to the firm’s top performers.

Hired by Canada's largest landlords, Cory has an unmatched track record of turning office listings into fully leased properties. Cory's strengths lie in his ability to create and implement successful marketing strategies for filling the Office Team’s exclusive listings. Cory also has a lengthy resume representing the needs of tenants to maximize their real estate efficiencies which may include early lease renewals, expansions, relocations, subleases and terminations.

Cory enjoys his opportunities to be involved in various community and charitable organizations. He currently sits on the Board of Governors for NorQuest College and is on its Strategy Committee and is Chair of the Infrastructure Committee. Cory is also on The Support Network Foundation Board and is the 2010 Co-Chair of the Premier's Dinner.
