Professional Experience 
Garth Goodwin holds both a Bachelor of Arts and Commerce degree from the University of Alberta. Having been promoted to the role of office leasing and sales negotiator in January of 2007 he has provided tenant advisory services to a strong group of clientele including: Ledcor, Adecco, Wiebe Environmental Services, Seljax, Margaret Kool Marketing, MS Society, Hatch Mott MacDonald, Firestone Ventures and the Alberta College of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists.
In addition to providing tenant advisory services Garth is actively involved in the marketing and leasing of the firm’s listings. Combining strong interpersonal skills and a diligent work ethic Garth is looking forward to continued success as a member of Avison Young’s office leasing and sales team.
