Starting his real estate career in 2002 and joining the Avison Young Team in August 2004, Paul Chaput has been involved in the marketing, analysis and negotiations of over $255 Million worth of successful apartment investment sales and multi-family land transactions.
Since January of 2006, Paul has successfully completed $110 Million worth of apartment and land transactions.
