Professional Experience
Combining a specialist commercial real estate education with a practical, client oriented approach, Alex understands the importance of running a strong sales campaign backed by a detailed underwriting process. Starting his career in Scotland before joining Avison Young, Alex has worked on investment transactions for clients including Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, Standard Life, Canadian Urban and Legal & General.
Prior to specializing in investment sales, Alex worked in office and industrial leasing.
To date, Alex has been involved in transactions totaling close to $100 Million.
