EnCana (Now Cenovus) - Leasing 28 acres plus a 22,000 square foot building
CWS Logistics - Lease Renewal for 63,000 square feet
Dover Canada A.O.T. division site selection and build to suit for 124,000 square feet
Dynamex Courier - Leasing 32,000 square feet
CoLinx ULC - Leasing 66,000 square feet
Schlumberger Canada - Leasing 22,000 square feet and 40,000 square feet
