Professional Experience  

Rob Iwaschuk, a Partner with Avison Young, is enjoying his 14th year with the firm, specializing in the Industrial market. Rob has earned his reputation as one of Edmonton’s most knowledgeable agents with his finger on the pulse of the market. This reputation has resulted in Rob being sought out to present and speak at the Edmonton Real Estate Forum and other key real estate forums in the city to share his knowledge and expertise.

Rob has extensive sales and leasing experience in the industrial sector having brokered over 550 transactions representing over $400,000,000.00 and 6,000,000 square feet of real estate. Rob is a leader in his market and is consistently a "Top 5" producer across the country, within the Avison Young network of offices.

Keeping abreast of emerging trends in the market, Rob has been actively involved in assembling over 1,250 acres of strategically located land for future industrial developments in the city and surrounding communities including Leduc, Nisku, Strathcona and Parkland Countys. Rob brings valuable experience to all areas of the industrial arena including corporate relocations, rationalizations of real estate buildings, strategic asset acquisitions and sales, and land assembly (including servicing, zoning, and site selection). In addition, Rob has extensive experience in new development and construction including build-to-suit, design requirements. Rob has had the privilege of working with Canada’s largest landlords and many national and international companies.

Rob is proud to serve as an appointed member on the Executive Committee of Avison Young [Alberta] actively assisting in the strategic planning and stewardship of the Partnership.

Rob also enjoys being actively involved in the community through fundraising and volunteering for many campaigns and events.
