Avison Young

Dean is in his 17th year in the commercial real estate business. He started on the brokerage side in 1990 and moved into a senior position with Standard Life and Cadillac Fairview where he oversaw the leasing of their Edmonton portfolios. After Cadillac Fariview sold their Edmonton holdings, Dean joined Royal LePage Commercial's Edmonton office as Vice President and General Manager. In April 2006, Dean joined the Avison Young team as General Manager.

Dean has been responsible for several large transactions in the Edmonton marketplace including: 50,000 square feet with the Federal Government, 80,000 square feet with the Province of Alberta, 142,000 square feet with Alberta Education and many others. Additionally, he worked closely on a sealed bid sale of 26 properties located across Canada.
