Professional Experience 
Alex Wong has been in commercial real estate for over 20 years, and been with Avison Young for over 5 years. Alex provides clients with innovative solutions for office leasing, asset disposition and acquisitions, and has consulted in various real estate projects. He has worked with many significant corporations throughout his career including Baker Hughes Canada, TELUS Communications, Enmax Corporation, and TransCanada Pipelines. Since joining Avison Young, Alex has consistently been one of Alberta’s top performers and has been awarded the Avison Young Alberta’s top negotiator for 2001 and 2003. In the past three years, Alex has brokered over $34,000,000 worth of investment real estate for companies such as Waterous, TELUS, and Baker Petrolite. He has also leased approximately 900,000 square feet of office space, including the sublet for TransCanada Tower (319,000 square feet), and brokered over 180,000 square feet of office property.
