Professional Experience 
Steve joined Avison Young in 1997 and became a partner in 2001. With a career spanning over 17 years, Steve has negotiated over 5 million square feet of commercial transactions. Focusing on the sale and leasing of industrial property, Steve has completed some of the largest transactions in Calgary. Steve was also awarded the prestigious SIOR designation in 2003 and was recognized in 2006 with membership into Avison Young's Circle of Excellence.
