Professional Experience  

An office leasing consultant since 1991; Glenn founded Canada West Realty in 1996 and joined Avison Young as a partner in 2004, with a focus on downtown and suburban office leasing and build to suit development opportunities. Glenn has negotiated over 3 million square feet of leases since 1993. Glenn negotiated the first new pre-leasing development deal in downtown Calgary since 1990 for 80,000 square feet in the new Ernst & Young Tower. Completed site selection on behalf of Shaw Cablesystems new 165,000 square foot facility in Northeast Calgary and recently completed a transaction of behalf of Divestco for nearly 200,000 square feet in Centennial Place.

Glenn’s dedication and commitment to excellence have made him an industry leader and consistently one of the top performers in the Calgary marketplace. Glenn is currently the exclusive listing agent for Palliser South, a 290,000 square feet class “AAA” office building under development adjacent to the Calgary Tower.
