Professional Experience 
Tod is a native of Winnipeg, Manitoba, with over 25 years of hands on experience in commercial real estate leasing, sales, management and development. Since 1993 Tod has resided in Calgary, where he has been the managing partner of Avison Young Commercial Real Estate (Alberta) from it’s inception in 1996 via a predecessor partnership. Effective September 1st 2004, Tod has assumed the overall responsibility for the leadership of Avison Young across the prairie provinces, as President and CEO, Avison Young Commercial Real Estate (Alberta).
