Professional Experience 
Bruce is a partner at Avison Young. He entered the brokerage business in 1994 as a negotiator and development consultant. Bruce began his career in 1975 and has experience in commercial retail real estate development, leasing and project management. Prior to joining Avison Young, Bruce was Vice-President of Development for Stewart Green Properties and held senior positions with Cadillac Fairview's Urban and Shopping Centre groups. Bruce has been involved in the development of regional and community shopping centres and office buildings. Bruce was instrumental in the development of Crowfoot Town Centre in Calgary and in the expansion, renovation, and the construction of many major malls and developments including Westhills Town Centre, Brentwood Village Mall, and Market Mall in Calgary and South Park Centre and Kingsway Garden Mall in Edmonton.
