Professional Experience 
Belinda joined M. D. Hodges, an ING Clarion Company in April, 2005 as Assistant Controller. With the creation of Hodges Management and Leasing Company in 2009, Belinda became a Principal, Vice President, and was promoted to Controller.
In 2010, with the Avison Young partnership, Belinda continues in her role as a Principal and Controller overseeing the property and fund level accounting and reporting.
Prior to joining Hodges, she worked at Lodgian, Inc., Wells Real Estate, The Landmarks Group (Atlanta), and Business Properties (Irvine, CA). Belinda has over 20 years of commercial real estate accounting experience in office, industrial, retail, and hospitality.
