Martin Dockrill's career at Avison Young started in 1994 after he earned his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Political Science from the University of Western Ontario. Obviously well read, he turned his attention on becoming a successful real estate professional, working initially as Mark Fieder's assistant. Not only did Martin succeed as a top producer, he became a successful manager of people, ultimately becoming the General Manager of our Mississauga office in 1999 and a partner in 2002. Jonathan Pearce joined Avison Young in 1993 directly from the Urban Land Economics program at Sheffield Hallam University in England (he is also a Chartered Surveyor). As an assistant for Robin White, he quickly learned the 'ropes' and has since become one of the leading producers in our Toronto office. Jonathan's success laid the groundwork for him becoming a partner and a vice-president in 2000.
