Position Brief:

The Avison Young Associate Program offers one of the most effective training and support initiatives in the industry. Individuals accepted into the program are able to gain industry experience from our qualified mentors - experts in their field - who impart their practical experience while continually acting as a knowledge-base for junior associates as they start-out in their commercial real estate career.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales or entrepreneurial experience necessary
- Enrolled in OREA an asset
- Recent post secondary graduates or individuals who exhibit a strong desire to pursue a high performance, entrepreneurial career in commercial real estate
- Ambitious self starters with a high degree of self confidence and motivation
- Creative, straight-forward thinkers who seek out and embrace new challenges
- Good overall business acumen, strong values and integrity
- An ability to set realistic goals and exceed them
- Comfortable in a computerized environment(MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong knowledge of the GTA geography an asset
