Position Brief:
The Property Manager is part of the management team. Under the direction of a the General Manager you are responsible for the administration, client reporting, tenant relations and service, contract management, directing building maintenance and operations for assigned properties.
Qualifications:
The candidate is an experienced Property Manager with:
- An outstanding customer service focus.
- A high sense of urgency and customer/client sensitivity.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management, external authorities and industry professionals.
- The ability to multi-task, delegate and assume responsibility for your actions and decisions made.
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Resourcefulness and the ability to get the job done.
- Knowledge of current building, health and safety codes and related legislation.
- Ability to read financial statements and an understanding of budgets.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel.
- A team player
